    I bought my first refurbished IPhone with Backmarket in 2019 - an IPhone 7. I got it in the "excellent" condition and it was excellent for 5 years! I loved my IPhone 7 and the only reason I gave it up was because the IOS would only go to 14 and some of my needed apps did not support IOS 14 anymore. So with a great deal of research, including articles on BackMarket, I decided on an IPhone 13, again in "excellent" condition, trading in my old Iphone 7. Trade-in super easy - was given a trade-in price within seconds, free shipping, constant communication, and $ within my bank account all within a week. As for my IPhone 13 - Apple has made copying from old phone to new phone a breeze (not like the old days with needing to backup and copy from ICloud). The Iphone 13 came well packaged and yes, in excellent condition. Beautiful phone. I highly recommend BackMarket to anyone looking at getting a "new" phone. Website so easy to navigate, great customer service and clear communication, AND most important, doing something nice for our cherished planet.

    I've been buying from BackMarket since 2022 and since that time I've bought phones, watches, and desktop computers all with mostly positive results. I say mostly positive because I once received a phone that through no fault of my own ended up shitting the bed. I never complained or did anything about it because I simply don't have the time or luxury to go through the return process and be without a phone for an extended period of time so I just lived with it. All that said... One's happiness and satisfaction on BackMarket depends entirely upon the research that you do on the seller you're thinking of buying from. If you don't do the research and just buy something based on the the attractive pricing, then you might end up very unsatisfied. You want to find a seller that's been doing business on BackMarket for at least a few years. Why? Because unbeknownst to the seller it's possible for them to have a lemon (even though the products supposedly go through a thorough inspection process).     My new phone has been a really good upgrade thus far. It’s in perfect condition and everything seems to work good. The battery seems to drain a little faster than what Apple said about the phone, but, it hasn’t been a big deal to me. This is probably the 5th phone I’ve purchased from Back Market the past several years and we’ve never had issues with any refurbished phone, so for us, there’s no need to overspend for the latest/greatest phone. And with the ability to trade-in your old phone, Back Market couldn’t have made it any easier to buy a phone.

    Phone itself is great. It looked brand new and hasn’t had any issues. It had 98% battery capacity, which I consider excellent for a refurbished phone. The camera is so much better than my SE 2. My only issue is that I got emails saying it was arriving early, with an exact date. Yay! Except it didn’t, so although to arrived on schedule, it arrived later than I expected.

    Arrived super early. I received the phone and although not perfect, the price is just unbeatable. My phone arrived with a charging cable and a screen protector. I removed the screen protector to apply another one when I realized that there were small scuffs on the screen. But upon putting the new screen protector, they disappeared. Therefore that’s not a problem for me. I will say the battery life was not that great. My battery life on my new phone was at 79%. I’ll try to see if I can work around this but if not, I’ll see if I can get it fixed here on back market. Overall, I’ve come to realize that buying refurbished phones in this economy might be the way to go and it’s exactly the same as my old phone.

    Device is exactly as described, beautiful condition! Difficult to tell it was ever used by looking at it. My kid says the battery drains faster than his iPhone XR did, but that's the lottery you play with refurbished products! If it gets bad - (it's fine now) - I'll just have the battery replaced. Much cheaper than paying the Apple Tax for a new phone!

    I replaced my out of date I Phone 7 with the newer I Phone 13 the Phone is in excellent condition even thought it was advertised as Good condition only a few minor scratches are visible, I had the Phone activated and it works great.     The phone came with some slight damage on the rings of camera as expected for refurbished, the screens oleophobic coating was gone and on the back too, but a screen protector and case should do the trick. Also batter health is good I got mines at 87% so not too bad for a refurbished iPhone.
