I have had a Samsung Galaxy s10+ for about 4 years, which I also got off Backmarket. I wanted to upgrade because it was starting to show signs of failure on the OLED display. I chose the Samsung Galaxy s24 in excellent condition. the phone has basically 0 signs of wear, all I found was the teeniest tiniest chip on the metal around one of the cameras. Other than that it's flawless. The battery also seems to be in good condition which is one of the things that matters most to me in a phone. it's probably not as good as a fresh phone but it still lasts over a day and is noticeably better than my old phone. I never thought of my s10+ as slow, even at the time if replacing it, but now after upgrading to the s24 it feels laggy. The s24 is a smooth experience. I was considering doing an s25 but I went s24 to save some money and I don't have any regrets. I'm not even sure what else the s25 offers that the s24 doesn't. I imagine its a very similar experience. But yeah, I think purchasing brand new is a waste, backmarket has done me good twice now.

I was skeptical of doing a refurbished phone. Ordered it, it came within 3 days or so. Opened it, examined it. The phone had a little dent in the top right side of the phone, but everything else was looking New. it was smaller than what I was thinking the size might be, but I'm in love with this phone.
