Changed our Sim card. Still not working. Lady brought it back to me and said the phone had been blocked by Tmobile. It was no longer viable. Someone prior had not paid something on it and the phone was no longer any good. Call Backmarket for assistance. Quick response. Very much appreciated. Waiting now for replacement or refund.
