After a Thanksgiving Day smartphone/hardwood floor collision, I needed a new inexpensive phone with the quickness. I shopped around and eventually found my way to BackMarket. I was a little leery making such an important purchase through a retailer I had no experience with, but I was blown away by the quality of the phone I received (a Samsung Galaxy S7, replacing my ol' trusty S5). If I didn't know I bought it refurbished, I would swear it's a brand new phone. The back has the teensiest of scratches, which is in line with the description of the grade I selected at purchase. As I slapped a case on my new phone the second it arrived, it's really not an issue. After almost two months of constant use, I have zero complaints. Everything, including the charger that came with my purchase, works just as it should. I can't help but feel like I got away with something, getting such a high quality product at such a low price. I've been telling anyone who will stand still long enough about BackMarket, and I will definitely be back for my next electronics purchase.

It had been rated as "Good" condition but with one tiny scratch on the back that was covered up when I installed a protective case, I would have called it "Excellent" condition.
