Extremely pleased with this Samsung Galaxy S9 plus! It was perfect condition, battery life is awesome and it worked straight out of the package with zero issues. I simply placed the existing Sim card into the device and didn't skip a beat. Highly recommend. This is where I'll shop from now on for refurbished devices. Thank you so much. Sent me a phone that did not work. The battery instantly died and the company did not honor the replacement nor the warranty. Avoid at all cost

It is good refurnished phone work prefect . shipping on time . phone cosmetic good than I expect it . I did shop around with Amazon , Best Buy and some online refurnished phone not cheap then this guy . I give 5 stars for this guy

This was my first time ordering a phone through Back Market. I was apprehensive but I'm glad I did. The "very good" Galaxy S9+ I purchased as a gift was in perfect condition! This meaning no scratches, nicks, or marks, on the face or sides of the phone. I will definitely be ordering one for my self real soon.

Phone was delivered way ahead of schedule!!!! This phone is absolutely in perfect condition. Seller responded very quickly to my requests and helped put me at ease when I thought something was missing from my shipping info. Would definitely recommend these guys to a friend.
