I was sent the wrong phpne. i purchased a Samsung galaxy S9+ but instead a received the S9. I can say the returning process was smooth. I was not given a hard time about returning the phone, they easily refunded my money back without a hassle.

Device in great condition, however was locked to Verizon (luckily the carrier we had, but misleading) as well as having a great deal of bloat applications pre-installed, led me to factory resetting the device before setting things up

It's still kicking, I love it! It's so cool it is the only Samsung that when you look at the details on a photo it shows a map and the locations where you took all the photos.

Phone's battery expanded, destroying the back screen due to tight case and nowhere for battery to expand to. Company would not fix or refund the phone. They suggested for me to get it fixed by a certified Samsung repair shop, and the company would rebate the money off what the repair receipt says. This is not what the warrantee says the proper process is, and I do not trust the company to follow through with their word. I do not trust it at all, as they didn't follow proper procedure, so why would they follow improper procedure? Every phone I have gotten from this website has become a bigger pain in the ass than it's worth. If you think, "But I don't have enough money, I don't have a better, cheaper choice." than trust me, I'm in the same boat. But find something better. Even if it costs more. At least you won't have to fight shady business practices and get screwed for 4 phones in a row, over a single year. Even the star rating system is shady, deceitful, and dishonest. Hey, if one thing breaks, THE ENTIRE DEVICE/INTERACTION IS ONE STAR. Even if the camera works, it arrived in a pretty box, it looked good upon arrival it doesn't change the fact that the phone broke, and the ...
