the screen is basically falling off, i’d say in slightly worse condition than was depicted to me. Although the condition is worse than what was advertised in my opinion, I still love the tablet. I’d be lying if I said I don’t use it every day, and until it actually breaks completely, i’d say the minor inconvenience of the screen slipping off isn’t enough to warrant more than 1 star off.

The past two years in a row I wasted money buying each of my two kids Amazon Fire (7”) tablets. The price was great, but the tablets quit working after roughly 6-8 months. Tired of wasting money and not wanting to spend $400+ on two brand new tablets, I started searching for refurbished tablets and found Back Market (for the win, I might add). Luckily, I had a friend sell me their barely used Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 for a great deal, but I still had one more kid that needed a new tablet, and I thankfully was able to purchase a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 32GB (September 2018) from Back Market for a great price. The tablet runs well enough for the most part. I only use it lightly for writing and some YouTube browsing, however it can be a bit sluggish at times, which I believe is due to the nature of the tablet's processing power itself and not the shortcomings of the refurbisher themself. As far as customer service goes I have no complaints as of yet. The product was shipped and delivered in a relatively short time and arrived in full and excellent condition. 👍
