I little misdirection and a little my fault, but not exactly what I thought. If you were to search this product, it’s very clear that the image has a pin attached to it. After ordering, I found out that pin was not included. The tablet itself is up to par, but I was a little disappointed in the advertisement making it seem if this was a complete package purchase. If I knew I would’ve had to buy the pin myself, I may have gone with an apple product.

I paid the quality assurance fee; however, the tablet was delivered without the pen, so the quality assurance was certainly not completed. In addition, the seller was contacted by Back Market, who allegedly told them they 'didn't have any pens'. I was offered a $25 credit to buy a pen (LOL). not satisfified with 'JEM JEM' as a seller. Use caution.

The outside looks perfect but the device is slow and laggy. For instance the screen would freeze at times when I would press on something and google play store would stop responding when all I was doing was scrolling on it. The cherry on top is that I paid 500$ for an excellent condition device and now there is one listed for 375$.
