Amazing! Best experience I've ever had purchasing an electronic device. Ordering was simple and I received my tablet within two days after putting in the order. The tablet itself is amazing and in perfect condition. While it wasn't in its original packaging, it doesn't look like it's been used. There isn't a scratch or flaw on the device. It's beautiful and it works perfectly, too! It holds a charge for the entire day and is capable of doing everything I need. Perfect for school or leisure. I will 100% be buying all of my "new-to-me" electronics from Back Market from here on out. If you're on the fence about buying a product from Back Market, I would highly recommend it! Amazing experience!

The tablet itself arrived and seems to work fine, but I was disappointed because the S Pen was missing. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ is supposed to come with an S Pen, and that was one of the main reasons I bought it. Back Market offered a $25 refund, but that does not cover the actual cost of buying a compatible Samsung replacement S Pen, which is closer to $45–$50. Because of that, the tablet did not arrive as a complete package. I would have been satisfied if the S Pen was included or if the refund covered the real replacement cost. Overall, the tablet may be good, but buyers should confirm with the seller before purchasing whether the S Pen is actually included.

showed up great. nothing wrong and arrived on time. beasicly perfect condition and my wife loves it.

the tablet works fine. I realized far too late the price is about the same as the samsung website, I could have got the same tablet from Amazon for 200 less so that was disappointing but that's more on me for not researching other options first. the tablet works though.

Paid roughly the same as Walmart, but did not include pen. Contacted seller about missing pen and seller said pen was not included then Backmarket said I could buy it. Why would I buy it when it was included with the new tablet and for whatever reason the seller wasn’t selling it that way *and* the seller was using a stock picture of the tablet *with* the pen? Whatever. Tablet is fine, I’ll buy pen from a different website. I’ll just be more selective on Backmarket in the future.
