Thanks for the great customer service. My new tablet was delivered on time and we'll package. It's been a while since I had a Samsung tablet because I switched over to Apple, so I look forward to seeing the performance and how it compares to Apple. .

Best service and the device turned to be completely fantastic. I loved the fact that it feels like pretty new and not a refurbished one. Shipping was quick and they also assisted me while I made a mistake putting the address.

Perfect condition

Everything works well. I ordered Excellent condition and it came excellent. No scratches, no dents. The tablet itself works great and was simple to set up. My only issue is that the included charger does not work. Not on our phones, not on the tablet. We initially were concerned the tablet came broken, as it wouldn't charge with the charger. We used our own type-c cable and it worked. So if yours comes with the same crappy white cable and wont charge - try another first.

I think Back Market reviews should be less about the product itself (specs) and more about back markets ability to deliver a device much cheaper than the manufacturer at a reasonable quality. And yeah back market deliverd basically a new device. S9 is perfect condition and battery seems to be new too. PERFECT no complaints.

My tablet came in excellent shape, no scratches or dents! It runs smoothly and the quality of it is top tier. I love this tablet!

I absolutely love it! It arrived very quickly and was basically brand new! I absolutely love this tablet and it still holds its own in 2025.
