    This Question is Quality of MERCHANDISE, which said EXCELLENT 10 for me 7. No AIR in front tire, Low in rear. BRACKET around rear wheel NOT fastened tight & R Light occasionally blink's on & off. NO FASTENER on handle bar to keep Control Arm SECURE so HOVER1 can be MOBILE & control arm has play in it; from wheel to handlebar.

    The scooter works excellently, even after plenty of abuse from city streets. The only downside was that the plastic covers over the wheel nuts cracked during shipment, exposing them and the wires to the elements. This is probably more a reflection on the carrier than on BackMarket's packaging - other than that, I'm really happy with the purchase and the scooter seemed practically brand new.

    Still haven't been able to even ride it because it was supposed to come with a tire pump and didn't. And the air nosel on the front tire isn't long enough to reach without taking the front tire completely off which I cannot even figure out how to do. So I am very very unhappy.
