Hey there. I'm not a huge complainer and I've bought some iPads from your site and have been really happy with them. The HP Chromebook was pretty dirty when I unwrapped the 14 feet of plastic wrap from it. I know it needs to be protected but that was a lot of plastic going in the landfill. Once unwrapped there were crumbs on the computer and the screen was pretty dirty. It was like someone ate a muffin over it then wrapped it up! I will still order from you because I've had good experiences in the past. If this was my one and only experience, I probably wouldn't order from you again.
