Hp EliteBook x360 1030 G3 13-inch (2017) - Core i5 - Gen 8 (U) - 8 GB - SSD 512 GB

This is the second time I’ve ordered the same refurbished laptop, and unfortunately, I have to return it again due to the same issues. The laptop keeps overheating and is making weird noises, which have only gotten worse over time. When I first received it, the noises weren’t as frequent, but now it’s constant, making the laptop unusable. I spent a significant amount of money on this laptop, and I’m incredibly disappointed to receive a product in such poor condition. I wish I could add a video to show the extent of the problem. I expected better quality, and it’s frustrating to go through this twice.

This was never delivered to me, I’m still trying to fix this problem that’s been created from nowhere. It’s not enough that the tracking number provided did not even match my name, the product was never in the delivery location. I have no idea where the item is right now. I have requested for a refund through my credit card company immediately.

I received the product but I put on the charger but the they were some noise coming out and the laptop get real hot I don’t know if anybody else experience that other than that the package was well packed

Customer service is phenomenal. I felt very valued and heard when I had any sort of difficulty. I accidentally purchased the G2 Instead of the G3 and they patiently walked me through the return process. It was painless and fast. I felt i could trust the seller which is sometimes hard to find when online shopping. Although I was surprised at the amount of scratches and other cosmetic fallbacks, the computer works like new, is gorgeous, impressive, and exactly as described. However I don’t advise you hesitate to purchase a refurbished product simply because of a few scratches or cosmetic defects that you probably would’ve acquired within a couple months of using the item. Considering you’re saving so much money and the product works like new it’s the only logical solution to getting quality electronics without breaking the bank.
