4.2/5This is the second time I’ve ordered the same refurbished laptop, and unfortunately, I have to return it again due to the same issues. The laptop keeps overheating and is making weird noises, which have only gotten worse over time. When I first received it, the noises weren’t as frequent, but now it’s constant, making the laptop unusable. I spent a significant amount of money on this laptop, and I’m incredibly disappointed to receive a product in such poor condition. I wish I could add a video to show the extent of the problem. I expected better quality, and it’s frustrating to go through this twice.
