Great product, arrived on time, well packaged and better condition than expected. It took some time to move files etc from my old machine over but now i have a laptop that is "frisky" again, no more turning on the machine and then off to have a coffee before it all boots up and we are ready for action. Very pleased with the purchase, this is my 4th re-furbished order from Backmarket and all have met/exceeded my expectations.
