    I was shipped a computer that was damaged prior shipping. Very unhappy. Chipped screen and large scratch on front panel. Now I have to go through the hassle of sending it back and hoping they have a similar replacement machine available. Customer service guy was very friendly but he couldn't fix the fact that the vendor shipped out a obviously damaged item.
