The pricing was confusing when some items listed in “excellent” condition were sometimes priced lower than those in “fair” condition so the selection process took longer than necessary. The buying experience was pretty straightforward. Although would have preferred a PayPal or Venmo payment option for security. The trade-in process needs work from extreme difficulty getting the shipping label function to work, to payment options for payment, to delay in processing the trade-in payment which I am STILL waiting for.

Hi, I think service was great. I recvd my computer. I placed an order prior to this one but it was canceled by seller. I used my coupon code SKOOL (I don't recall exact code), I did not receive the $50 discount on the computer o purchased. The message stated I had already received discount. I would like to be reimbursed $50 as I did have a viable code.

EXCELLENT and 100% worth the money! It was in perfect condition and literally hundreds of dollars less than a brand new one. This is my new mobile work station - I am a professor and do a lot of presentations in the class, community, and conferences so this really is helping me be nore efficient in the field with the tech on all presentations, emails, grading papers, etc. I will definitely be buying from back market again!
