The item is packaged very well. I bought this one in Excellent condition. I was not able to notice any dent or scratch anywhere until I had to install screen protector the day after I received it. Probably a 1 1/2 inch long scratches across the screen but is not noticeable after the screen protector was on I decided to just keep it. Everything works just like it should. I got the right color and 256 GB seems good enough for my school needs. I’m always a little hesitant trusting the item description. But the iPad Pro I received really is in excellent condition. It arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. It included a power adapter and cable. The only thing I’d love to have is the possibility to include an original Apple box for whatever product you purchase. Honestly the Back Market experience has been great. The shipping information is updated and they provide a nice link to FedEx from the app. The ipad i ordered is in great condition, so far no complaints after a week. I got the very good condition version and It has no noticeable scratches. The only thing is during art the cursor will jump to an edge of the screen but this happens I BELIEVE because my other fingers get too close to the screen. Pretty good. I purchased a screen shield for it and when I cleaned the screen I noted a faint 5”long scratch. Invisible when screen is lite, and with the new screen saver. One small ding on a backside corner. No other issues I’m aware of. I’m satisfied with it.
