I ordered excellent condition and the quality is amazing minus a very minor scratch on the back. It came with the original box charger, and brick. Everything works smoothly.

While I've had some pretty good experiences in the past here on BackMarket, this particular order hasn't been the best. The iPad Pro I received was in good working condition, cosmetically fine, and shipped/arrived within a reasonable time, but the only thing was that it was the wrong model (2021 M1 instead of 2022 M2). Naturally, I returned it to the vendor for a refund, which despite being issued around 12 days ago, has never shown up in my bank account since. I'm hopeful that BackMarket will be responsive in resolving this issue, but it is nonetheless stressful to be still waiting for a refund for an item that I returned around a month ago.

I paid extra for a specific color and it came in with the wrong color. No one is replying to my inquiry. They only offered me a model with instead of 512 GB to 128 GB. No answer whether or not they will pay the difference. This is the 2nd business day and still haven’t heard anything. Please beware of buying from MacPro LA IMC.
