Upgraded from the iPad Pro I bought in early 2020. Since then it had become a serious workhorse for my illustration work, but i was always limited with layers and file size, and was experiencing performance issues. Someone told me about how much file size has increased with M1 (and later) chips and was so happy to find something on Backmarket!!! I hate tech waste so this was perfect. It showed up in the regular apple box with a charger and everything. I feel so dumb for not having done this sooner! Thank you backmarket for allowing us not to have to spend way more money on the brand new stuff--"new to you" is just as good.

Received my refurbished iPad Pro 12.9” in flawless condition. It works as expected..The process to copy apps and data from existing iPad 32gb to the new one took a little bit of time. It was necessary to erase everything on the new machine back to the Hello screen. Ordering from Backmarket was very seamless. I received the device well packed with new Apple USBC charger and cable. The item was received within 4 business days after ordering. Trackable on FedEx. Have not tested camera or battery life as yet so not reviewing those aspects I’m sure they are acceptable

Great experience, I was need a newer ipad that was larger. Super satisfied with purchase, delivery, and activation. I have bought from Walmart and Amazon and have had to return their devices. I will be sharing this as an option to others! I need this for school to take notes. I use good notes, also pinterest and Reddit absolutely popp on this device. My generic pen totally works with it.

The device is fine. My 1-star review is due to deceptive practices around trade-ins. I bought this device in the same check-out flow as a trade-in of my existing iPad Pro (2018) which was estimated to bring $251 in trade-in value. Once received, the refurbisher "adjusted" the offer to $15. Had I know this kind of "adjustment" was possible I would have never bought anything from Back Market. I expect a future settlement from a class-action.
