    Item purchased was to be in excellent condition. We had to clean the screen and the ear location had something on it. Scratched on both front and back. Once turned on, it was found to still have someone else's information. We did a reset and then transferred our phone. Battery life is at 81%. WOW! this is 6th purchase from BlackMarket and the 1st to be this disappointing. We do not wish refund only the phone that was promised.
