The iPhone 11 Pro Max was purchased for my son, who had high expectations for his first phone. When we unboxed the phone, my first thought was how new it looked. No scratches or marks on the screen or metal casing of the phone itself. If it had come in Apple packaging, there would have been no way to tell that it was not brand new. The only issue I had was with the health of the battery. I immediately checked the maximum capacity of the battery and it showed 90%. With how active young people are on their phones, I was hoping to start as close to 100% capacity as possible, but with the phone being refurbished, it was understandable. I will definitely be ordering more products from BackMarket.

All great, order arrived in 2 days, was sceptical buying refurbished, but after reading reviews decided to try. Purchased iPhone 11 Pro Max in excellent condition and came like new. Battery at 80% as guaranteed, but can always be replaced if needed. Thank you to the previous owner for taking care of the phone and backmarket for the service!

This is my second purchase from Back Market. My phone came quickly and in the condition specified—actually, most of the phone is pristine, but there is a small scratch on the bottom of the screen, so not perfect but better than fair. This phone is actually a replacement—technically my third purchase—because the one I first received did not let me hear during calls; people sounded clear but really far away. There was an attempt to repair, but being beyond repair the refurbisher quickly refunded the cost including shipping. I found this particular phone next for slightly less price, and it works perfectly. I think in an ideal world we would have companies that make the best of the available resources with a positive impact on people and things, and that doesn’t just exist in a pie-in-the-sky future; Back Market is doing this now.

The quality of the product was perfect. There was no cracks, no imperfections, it charges full battery I was very surprised. I’ve never used a refurbished phone before but I will now consider buying my phones this way from now on as it was least expensive. I’ll be buying my younger sister an iPhone 11 from this site, since the iPhone I received was such good quality. It came on time and everything was explained thoroughly. I’ll be back to buy again!!

I did choose the Excellent Condition and I can say the only thing the only tiny little detail is that was I was expecting a bit better battery like 97% or higher and the battery health was at 95% which is still great and works and charges fast no problems with my phone whatsoever. Shipping was fast, Back Markey stayed true to their word, but was importantly the refurbisher if my device stayed very true to their word, phone was unlocked, in extremely great condition, if I didn’t know better I’d say it was brand new, it was neatly and professionally packaged and did include a charging cord, highly recommended buying from this seller and using Back Market.
