Heyyy everybody, so I recently got a gold iPhone 11 Pro Max and I'm really happy with it overall. The camera quality is incredibly clear, which is definitely my favorite feature. The phone is in great condition with no scratches or anything. There is one part of the iPhone that isn't genuine, but it still works perfectly, so I don't mind at all. One issue I've encountered is that I can't send voice messages on iMessage because they sound windy, but I can send voice messages on all other apps without any problems. Talking on the phone is also fine. Despite this minor issue, I love my phone. The picture quality is amazing and the size is just right for me.

I ordered excellent condition and the phone is in excellent condition. Just like new. The phone has a genuine iPhone display, good battery health, no scratches, it is clean and I'm very happy with my purchase! You never know what you will get when you get a refurbished phone but I'm glad I chose this seller!

Within a couple of weeks of receiving the phone, the back camera stopped working. I contacted customer service, was asked to send the phone back, and a new (refurbished) phone was sent immediately. No prevaricating, no discussion, case closed. I will continue using Back Market.

I purchased this iPhone 11 Plus Max for a relative with vision and other medical conditions, who is in a nursing home, so that he can more easily communicate with family and friends. He is somewhat active as many of his friends and family will visit, or take him out often, so "communication" is important! With it's large screen size and the use of some of the Accessibility features that 1) announce calls, and 2) to adjust font size so he can see what's on the screen VERY well. The larger screen size is a really great improvement over the iPhone 7 he was using. He had enabled Siri on his old phone, but this time we added the facial recognition feature, to helps him navigate the phone with a greater level of ease than before. And since 7 is no longer supported we wanted to make this change before experiencing problems. Of course, transfering old data from the old iPhone is easy from one iPhone to another. For extra measure, I found him a charging cable that lights up from one end to the other when plugged in which was a great addition considering his vision challenges. Absolutely pristine phone. Not a scratch or imperfection anywhere. Perfect. Swapped sim from old iPhone to this and did a transfer from phone to phone (Apple does this magically and easily), and everything from the old phone (including cell service) worked immediately. Flawless.

I upgraded from a iphone 7 to this phone and i’m obsessed. The phone is so cute lol it is very heavy but definitely consider buying i’ve had no problem since i gotten it volume and everything is good the battery is 77 wish it was 80 and above but still good.
