iPhone 12 mini 64GB - Black - Locked Verizon

I loved my old iPhone 6s but finally had to update. I researched and decided I wanted another small iPhone. I got the 12 mini. I love it! Battery was 98% and it works great! The whole process was great w BackMarket.

Camera doesn’t take clear photos unless you’re at under 1x zoom, speakers go in and out which makes listening to phone calls and more difficult if not impossible. Screen doesn’t work all the time, sometimes you need to press a button 4-5 times

Phone is working fine. My only suggestion is more detailed instructions via online and/or paper on how to migrate old phone data onto the new one

Simple process; timely receipt; "Good" condition of phone exceeded my expectation. I will be be Back.

This phone arrived with a crack in front of the front camera. I bought an EXCELLENT condition phone and got subpar. I am very upset. I sent the phone back and now the tracking has paused and unknown where the phone is now. Pretty damn angry about this and I have chatted multiple times. No solution but to wait to see if they get the device when I sent it back to sender.... 12 days ago. But okay.

Had a lot more scratches than I thought for good condition. Having service issues will attempt to replace Sim card. Other than that battery was at 86% percent when I got it. So going to have to replace the battery soon I guess.

This is my first BackMarket purchase. I was most worried that a refurbished iPhone would have poor battery health, but when I checked it was at 99%. No noticeable scratches or anything. It came with the correct charging cord and shipping was exactly as communicated.
