My new phone has been a really good upgrade thus far. It’s in perfect condition and everything seems to work good. The battery seems to drain a little faster than what Apple said about the phone, but, it hasn’t been a big deal to me. This is probably the 5th phone I’ve purchased from Back Market the past several years and we’ve never had issues with any refurbished phone, so for us, there’s no need to overspend for the latest/greatest phone. And with the ability to trade-in your old phone, Back Market couldn’t have made it any easier to buy a phone.

Device is exactly as described, beautiful condition! Difficult to tell it was ever used by looking at it. My kid says the battery drains faster than his iPhone XR did, but that's the lottery you play with refurbished products! If it gets bad - (it's fine now) - I'll just have the battery replaced. Much cheaper than paying the Apple Tax for a new phone!

I replaced my out of date I Phone 7 with the newer I Phone 13 the Phone is in excellent condition even thought it was advertised as Good condition only a few minor scratches are visible, I had the Phone activated and it works great. Buying a refurbished Phone is the way to go if you want to save money.

The phone came with some slight damage on the rings of camera as expected for refurbished, the screens oleophobic coating was gone and on the back too, but a screen protector and case should do the trick. Also batter health is good I got mines at 87% so not too bad for a refurbished iPhone.
