We have purchased multiple phone from back market without a problem. This phone was in excellent condition and is working perfectly. It was a replacement for an old iPhone for our thirteen year old and so far so good. No complaints or issues whatsoever and we are already looking for yet another phone. We will keep coming back based on our excellent experience with back market.

Phone looked brand new! I bought in excellent condition and battery was at 87% which is more than enough to get me through a full day of use. Screen looks brilliant and is a huge upgrade on the iPhone 8 I’ve had the last 6 years

The phone was in perfect condition physically. It’s been doing updates for about 4 hours now and still going. However, I sort of expected updates that needed to be done. It came in less than 4 days since I ordered it and I love it so far!

The phone is getting physically hot just when holding in hand. I also use the charger it came with and when charging it said it could no longer charge until cooled down when in house in AC. The battery says its good but will not even last until evening or as long as my iphone 13 did. I took it to apple store to trouble shoot and they said some light or screen? sensor was bad and maybe that was why battery was draining so fast. Im requesting to return/full refund as Ive had it for less than 2 weeks and am weary to order another refurbished phone. I am waiting to hear back from the seller.
