The device was not truly available to be activated on the TMobile network. This was the suppliers issue. Back Market was very responsive about returning the unit for a refund (though that is still being processed). I have since ordered a replacement from Back Market and that new one is up and running as originally intended for this unit. Phone was in fair condition with 98% battery health and only a few minor scratches on the screen. Very good condition for fair. Although I was unable to transfer my data from my iphone 12 for over a day because this phone wouldn’t load. I spent HOURS trying to fix it and it would just sit there loading on the software update screen. But I tried a different method of transferring used an icloud backup instead of transferring it directly. This worked but it was very annoying setting up this phone but other than that it was perfect.
