It was easy to find what I was looking for and understand the details of my phone. It came exactly as described in good condition. But switching from a Samsung to and iphone is nothing special. iphones are way overrated!

Phone arrived a day early and Back Market had great customer service! Unfortunately, the phone arrived with a locked phone # and I had to pay Verizon $40 to transfer the phone. And it took 2 phone calls and 2 store visits to figure out why the phone wouldn't activate.

The iPhone came in the correct box, and was sparkly new, just had a few scratches which makes sense because i ordered it in good condition. Works and runs great
