It came quickly but with a teeny-tiny scratch on the screen. I was concerned about it until I realized that the battery is 100% capacity! This seller went above and beyond, in my scared adventure to purchase a pre-owned phone. The site sent me an email several days ahead of arrival with step-by-step instructions on how to set up the phone. If someone like me can do it, you can too. Highly recommended! Purchased under GOOD condition and it came with a few cosmetic issues like scratches around the edges but my daily case covers it--so I don't mind. I'm unfortunately trapped in the Apple product cycle however, I no longer want to purchase directly from Apple so this is a wonderful alternative and I hope this phone lasts me forever, or until it breaks down. I've had my purchase now for almost a year and have had no issues with the phone and how it works. This is my 2nd purchase from BackMarket-- will be returning if I ever need other electronics. Happy to be diverting waste from landfills and being conscious of sustainable secondhand shopping even for important devices such as cellphones

I absolutely needed this phone and it came very fast, 2 days! I love it, so far it hasn't given me any issues. I will say, I wish that it was shipped in a better box, maybe double boxed? It came and wasn't really protected, but luckily it turned on with no issues. Thank you!

Even though I ordered the perfect condition there were still some noticeable scratches on the screen. Whenever the screen is turned on I don’t notice them, only when the screen is off I do

This site is huge waste of your time and energy. I was convinced by friends to give this company a try, did a lot of searching, and paid a premium for a product that was advertised as in Excellent condition. When received it doesn't even meet what is stated on their site as minimum for Fair condition. They do not have any quality control and it is a shot in the dark on what you might received. For the amount of time and energy that that I wasted here searching and picking only to received something sub-par, you are 100% off buying new, which is what I am having to do now after all of this.
