The device itself is great. I’ve been a repeat customer for years. However, this time, it took seven attempts with four different credit cards to get the transaction to go through. Finally resorted to signing up for Apple Pay and worked. All the while I’m emailing saying you’re having a problem with your webpage and just getting back generic responses saying sorry try again. You can’t get a person on the phone. After this experience, I don’t know if I’ll use them again.

So far the phone seems great. Battery arrived at 86%. I do wish they put the exact battery life % in the description so you know what it is before you buy (other than above 80%). The phone was supposed to be "locked AT&T", but the box that arrived said it was "Unlocked". It didn't matter as I got it all working fine, but I wanted to mention that there was a discrepancy there either in the site description or on the phone that arrived. Aesthetically it looks great. Excellent condition. This is probably the 4 or 5th item I've gotten from here for myself or a family member, and I'll continue to do so. The previous phone I got here a few years back ended up having a small speaker issue which I didn't discover until I had a long phone convo with someone, and the speaker would start to cut out and go quiet (no one testing the phone would've caught it because it took over 20min of using the speaker for it to happen)- and it was past the return window. That last phone also had a small scratch on the screen despite being marked "excellent", and I ignored it. This time I made sure to try to test every little thing before leaving a review. This phone seems really nice. You can't beat the prices!

The 2 iPhone 14 Pros we ordered look to be in good shape and function as we need them to -- we use them as remote cameras with an iOS-centric video switching system. We don't use cellular with them -- only WiFi. The only cons (and the reason for subtracting one star) is that, even though the order sheet included in the package said "two Lightning cables" were included, they were not Lightning cables. They were USB-C to USB-C cables, which don't work with the iPhone 14 Pros. I had some spare Lightning cables laying around, so it's not a show-stopper. Also, one of the iPhones was drained to 0% power, so I was worried there was something bad with the battery. However, I was able to charge it up and am using it. Perhaps the person who tested these before packing them left that iPhone "on"? Who knows? Other than these minor issues, they work fine and serve our purposes. Thanks Back Market. :-)

The camera lenses are very scratched up. Not what I expected from a phone in "good" condition. The front camera is also not calibrated and is unable to calibrate using apple's camera repair process. It takes decent pictures, but I it has trouble focusing.
