Product condition was a described - excellent Delivery was on time

The phone works great . It arrived on time . It even arrived with a screen protector already on it

Bought this iPhone thinking it’ll be a good buy. Turns out the phone i stolen. Imagine a company trying to sell you a product that can’t work. Never buying from this website again. You guys should really look into the other company’s y’all work with. Selling a product that doesn’t even work and expecting premium prices is a horrible business model.

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max in excellent condition from this vendor, but what I received was a heavily used phone in what I would consider horrible condition. As soon as I turned it on, a warning appeared stating that the screen was not original and could cause problems. The screen bezel had severe marks visible from quite a distance away, and the screen didn’t fit properly into the phone’s body—it could be pushed up and down with ease. Finally every camera lens had easily noticable nicks and scratches on them. I’ve returned the phone via UPS Ground, which is frustrating because it will now take weeks to resolve this issue. I will update on the condition of the replacement phone once I receive it. I am hoping that this concern and upset is properly resolved and this vendor actually sells me a phone that actually is on par with what I ordered. I'm hoping to change this very poor review into something that is more positive.

The phone was not usable due to the previous owner not paying off the balance on the phone.

You guys are selling stolen Phones with carrier lock, and no contact number to reach you
