I clicked on 4 out of 5. I didn't click on 5 because I am not a website power user and I know even less about buying a cell phone. So I was clicking around in a befuddled state only due to my own shortcomings. I feel bad that I can't honestly give a 5. The website and information was plentiful and spot on. The emails that I received at every step of the way, with a pinch of humor, were very nice. I was kept aware of everything.
