A great laptop. $160ish out the door. They described it as "very good" condition but as far as I could tell - It looked brand new. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend BackMarket to anyone shopping for electronics as below-market prices. Great communication from purchase to reception also!

Excellent! The condition was “very good” as listed, and I’d nearly have placed it as perfect! It runs well, I have no issues with it. Note to everyone who hasn’t researched this device: it is not touchscreen. That doesn’t bother me very much, I have no preference. I am excited to use this for college this year

The Laptop came with a faulty charger. I have spent extra money to for a replacement charger. I wonder if all suppliers at Backmarket are adhering to all the quality stages. There is enough room for improvement.

This laptop was listed as very good - it's actually excellent! I knew my old one was really slow and laggy, but I didn't realize just how bad until I hooked this "new" one up and it took off at lightning speed! The shipping was quick too - arrived 5 days earlier than estimated. I'm extremely happy!

Its a great windows laptop and would definitely recommend getting it. Charges just fine and sometimes it can get sluggish but I think that's my WIFI since we keep experiencing network outages. If you plan on traveling with this thing, keep in mind the size of this laptop. It's a beast. Laptop barely looked used or felt used. Touch pad responds nicely but I use a Bluetooth mouse and it works smoothly too. Recommend this to a friend too who just started some classes. 5/5

I love my refurbished computer! It works perfectly and runs quickly and smoothly. No glitches! And I only paid $160 - FANTASTIC!!
