    I bought this after breaking my laptop on accident. Or rather, my dog broke it. The next day I was able to get a laptop from a friend that worked just fine, so I ended up trying to cancel the order. They cannot cancel, only handle returns. Luckily, the shipping and return process was blazingly fast. My laptop broke Sunday night and the new one was here by Wednesday, returned by Friday. Still waiting for the refund to show up in my account but overall I had a good experience. I had read online to be wary, as some resellers and vendors can be a bit scammy. I'm pleased to report that wasn't my experience. Customer service does however give scripted responses, but they do try and help.
