Backmarket customer service was excellent and very helpful. However, my purchase of a Lenovo Thinkpad from regadget was disappointing. The computer was not functioning properly and could not be updated. An update report said there was a failed Windows 11 update the day I ordered it. Why was it sent to me with a failed OS update? The laptop was not in excellent condition, as it said. I had my money refunded promptly. Because I did not have direct contact with Regadget, I am not sure whether to try with them again, so I looked elsewhere.
