There were some initial problems with booting and touchpad; however, after googling, finding, and updating all the drivers, the laptop worked perfectly fine. The laptop has a long-lasting battery and the 32GB RAM is definitely a treat after upgrading from an 8GB laptop. I haven't had any overheating issues either despite using the laptop in bed. Definitely looking up power saving modes and "hibernation" mode for Lenovos is worth your time. The device is not only great, but even better than I expected. It was a 'Good' rating and it looked EXCELLENT to me! I've now run it through setup and updates and run everything to check it, and it checks out - really a GREAT machine. Excellent quality. I was disappointed because the day I ordered I posed a question that was vital to me wanting or keeping the machine. The seller never answered and I asked BM employees four times and since seller was not answering, they found the answer and passed it on. So BM saved the day. That is something that BM will have to fix in order for me to be a return customer: requiring the item description have a statement the device is ready for W11 or not. BASIC!
