We purchased 3 of these from 2 different vendors. The condition of this one was way below the 2 from the other vendor and the worst we have received from any product purchased from back market. 1-The first thing I noticed was the rough condition of the box. 2-the second was that it was not packed to prevent shifting inside the box. In fact, it freely moved 2-3 inches inside the box. The device was in a bubble sleeve but had no other packing materials. The charger was loosely bubble wrapped and set unsecured in the box. 3-the deal breaker is the overall condition of the device. It is covered in greasy fingerprints both inside and outside. There is dust or maybe box erosion debris on every surface. We will be returning this unit and replacing it with one from Swing Computers.
