    Very satisfied about the product & experience in ordering it. You wouldn't even expect it to have been used. Felt brand new coming out of the box. Windows was on a fresh install so no need to reflash the hard drive or reinstall anything. Product itself is amazing. Great value for such an amazing laptop. I'll definitely be ordering again from this seller in the future. (First time BackMarket user and Lenovo user!)
