    Very satisfied about the product & experience in ordering it. You wouldn't even expect it to have been used. Felt brand new coming out of the box. Windows was on a fresh install so no need to reflash the hard drive or reinstall anything. Product itself is amazing. Great value for such an amazing laptop.
