Great value and experience! The machine arrived promptly and was in perfect working order. It looked like new and runs like new. I would not hesitate to recommend BackMarket to anyone who is looking for an outstanding hardware deal.

the device came in a secured bubble wrap package. it came with an account with password on it and i tried contacting seller thru back market but nothing was done. so i just reset the whole device and that worked so i guess overall it was a good experience. don’t expect to solve any problems with the seller though.

All in all I was satisfied. The only two downsides were it came with an admin account already setup (not an issue since I just erased the disk and reinstalled macOS Monterey with usb stick) and the fan has a clicking noise when it ramps up and the whole case shakes as if not everything is screwed down tight inside and is shaking. Not a huge deal since the fan rarely spins up that fast and it did only cost around $150

Came as promised. No problems and works well. I’m glad I brought it.

Very good product was very pleased with the item

The mac mini I got was locked to a university IT organization, and I was unable to even setup an account. The return went smoothly, but it was overall disappointing and a waste of ~4 hours figuring out what was wrong.
