I ordered a late 2018 Apple Mac Mini i7, but received an i5 3.0 Ghz. That's what it said on the enclosed packing slip, the sticker on the front of the Mac Mini confirmed it. This was my first purchase from BackMarket. I thought I had just got sucked into a bait and switch, after all, the low sale price was almost too good to be true. I was immediately angry and wanted to send a nasty email to BackMarket or call customer service to yell at someone, assuming I could actually find a phone number to call. I took a deep breath, calmed down a tad, and decided to hook it up, plug it in and turn the computer on. I really hoped it was possibly a clerical error. It took an anxious half hour to go through the startup process up and install updates before I could see the actual specs of the computer. Low and behold it was, in fact, an i7 Mac Mini with 128GB SSD and 16GB RAM. All was good in the world again. I've since upgraded to 32GB RAM, added a 2TB external SSD and installed Win 10 using Bootcamp Assistant. This silent little computer should last me several years. Thank you BackMarket, I will buy from you again!
