I used Back Market to purchase a refurbished MacBook Air (M2). I figure I saved about $300 vs buying one new. I was able to find the memory and storage capacities that I wanted and initiated the purchase. Within a few days I received my Air. Excellent condition. Works great. I'm very pleased with the whole purchase process.

Cosmetic damage is definitely part of the deal when buying refurbished - but for the top quality option, I expect little to zero damage, and my laptop arrived very noticeably dinged up. It’s still performs well, but id probably not recommend paying the extra for a top-tier item when it seems to be the same quality as less expensive options.

Absolutely loving my MacBook Air so far. Can’t tell at all that it was refurbished/previously owned; it looks and feels brand new. I researched for quite a long time to find the right laptop to replace my 2015 MacBook Air as a PhD student, and I’m so happy I went with this model!

The 2022 Macbook Air M2 I purchased arrived today and I could not be more pleased. I choose "Good" condition, but this laptop is not in good condition -- it is immaculate. My Macbook looks and works like a brand new device. Great price, fast shipping, and a like-new Macbook makes for a deal that cannot be beat. I am a very happy customer!

I am thrilled with my MacBook Air. It looks and performs like a brand-new computer at half the price. We have made several purchases from Back Market and have been very pleased with each one. This laptop is fantastic! I could hardly tell it was used. Everything works perfectly. I'm not into gaming or video editing, so this computer more that meets my needs. Also, by choosing a MacBook Air M2, it is future proofed for some time to come. Besides the MacBook, I also traded in an iPad Air 5th Generation. they told me what I would get for it, assuming I gave an accurate description, and they did exactly that. I couldn't be happier. The MacBook replaced my iPad, which works so much better, because MacOS is much better than iOS. Thank you!
