Very nice computer and easy to set up. Shipping was secure and safe. Computer was exactly as presented and it is so important to buy recycled and refurbished electronic gadgets of all kinds! I am confident BackMarket are experts on internalization and externalization of costs such as the cost to the planet of throwing away digital equipment (at least give it to BackMarket or a e-certified buyer). We need a federal commitment to recycling of used electronic equipment of all kinds. Let's do this!

Buying refurbished, I was able to get a high performance Mac air computer for a reasonable price and so far it has delivered. I appreciate the speed, high quality display, and design of the computer. The website was easy to use although the accessories were costly and the price changes were hard to keep up with. I think companies like Back Market keep more computers from adding to our growing trash issue and I would recommend them to others who can't afford brand new machines.

As expected, the MacBook Air was delivered extremely quickly — within 1 day of purchase (actually faster than expected!). Safely packaged. MacBook Air came in the original Apple box (though the Apple box did have a big white sticker label — which made it clear it wasn’t brand new). MacBook Air was in great condition as promised.
