I purchased the MacBook Air for my mother. She needs something simple to access the internet, G-Suite, and manage her small business and this machine has been a perfect fit. So far so good. I tried opening a couple windows and ran them all at once with a few tabs opened in each; on different occasions we dealt with a slight delay in processing. It’s a overall a great purchase. Even though I selected the ‘Good’ option, but it looks like new!! This is my second purchase from Back Market and I highly recommend them. I’m getting ready to purchase a computer for myself since my 2010 iMac’s graphics card finally gave up on me.

Shipping was quick, computer has very few scratches. Only complaint my battery dies quickly in my opinion and the back piece gets really hot and the charger doesn’t work well it charges then stops constantly

i don’t have many complaints! shipping was pretty fast, i just missed delivery to sign— but i don’t know why i didn’t expect a charger but was very pleased there was one included lol!! only thing is the battery life came with some issues but it works perfectly.

exactly how described it was perfect no marks or anything and it was in “fair” condition but i guess which would make it fair was the keys cause the space bar seemed a lil stuck but other than that it was perfect

At first, I was really skeptical and worried that this laptop was going to be dingy and all messed up. Y'all I was proved wrong. I got it in fair condition, and it looks BRAND NEW. I was so shocked, this laptop is perfect and was incredibly cheap. I am absolutely obsessed and beyond satisfied. Would but from Back Market again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
