I had my doubts about ordering a refurbished MacBook, as I have never owned a MacBook before. However, for purchasing in "good" condition, it is practically brand new with no visible blemishes. Very impressed with the shipping time as it came in only a couple days from ordering to delivery. One downside is the battery life isn't phenomenal but that is my only complaint when it comes to this computer. Highly recommend!

My Mac arrived early by several days. I paid for "Good" but it truly looks excellent. A few minor blemishes on the shiny apple logo but no other visible marks; it's clean and works beautifully! And about half the cost of buying refurbished from the manufacturer.

Battery came with horrible condition, since it’s refurbished, i would’ve guessed that BackMarket would’ve replaced the battery that was at 81% of life, went to Apple to get it replaced and they mentioned that probably the previous owner only used it charging.. which explains the horrible battery, ended off having to pay out of pocket 173 dollars something that should’ve already come replaced …

I wish they went into detail with the products. Either is hit or miss when buying a product here. Everything looked great but it heats up fast to the point where the laptop is little slow. And battery life is about 5 hours and I think it supposed to be 9 . But it’s is a refurbished store. I just wish it was mentioned in details

I somewhat reluctantly ordered this laptop in “good” condition knowing how persnickety I am. Nonetheless, when it arrived yesterday, I was surprised that it was, what I consider, to be “excellent” condition. Best of all, it arrived in just a couple of days! I was skeptical about purchasing a used MacBook Air, but I needed something to take on the road with me and always wanted a apple laptop of some kind. I came back to the website several times before committing and purchasing this one. I had a hard time understanding how to get it going at first, and a few up the keys in the upper part of the keyboard where stiff and stuck, but overtime they have loosed up and this computer works fantastic! I am so pleased with my purchase and I for sure would recommend anyone getting something from this website if you are wanting to save some money and still get a great product!
