Delivery was within 2 business days. The laptop came very securely packaged, and practically new. As a long time windows user, (10 years since my Dell purchase) it took a bit to get use to, right away I noticedI had to buy a USB port adapter. (I completely missed this when checking the specs) Not a huge deal, I was able to get something for not much. When I turned it on it first had a bit of a struggle with some apps that are supported by the software it had, but it showed it didn't. A quick Ecosia search later, I was able to figure it out. No biggie. Now everything runs smoothly. The battery lasts okay, I do notice I have to charge it after a few hours. I mainly use it at home so this isn't any problem for me. Overall, I am super happy with how easy the whole process was, all the information needed before the purchase was clear and accessible. The prices were incredibly affordable, I was honestly surprised. It is a perfectly good laptop and it makes me feel really at peace that I am not adding to pollution, but instead helping recycle when ever possible.

They say you get what you pay for, well this isn't the case, because this refurbished MacBook Pro over delivers as if it was new. It met all my check points except two. needs more UBS C ports and tends to get hot from time to time. Yet both minor issues that were easy fixes in a ubs hub and cooling fan. This is the laptop that'll turn into my main DJ laptop in the coming weeks as I'm adding music to it. Then it'll used almost daily, between events and teaching new DJs. Check Back Market for your needs, especially if you're on a budget. Fair pricing, great customer service and quick delivery.

First time MacBook owner and I can say I am impressed with my purchase in terms of daily use. I was skeptical about buying a $275+ MacBook online, but sure enough it arrived on time and I am not disappointed. I can tell the computer was thoroughly cleaned before I received it, and it was also covered in good bubble wrap which is also a plus. The battery life is bit diminished obviously with it being almost a 10 years old refurbished product, but for my lifestyle, it fits my needs so it’s not really an issue for me. I can say that for a person coming over from Dell/HP laptops, I am very satisfied with my purchase and I’m looking forward to buying more products from Back Market in the future.
