My MacBook Pro M2 late 2022 model came in quickly and looked brand new with the box and charger. I would've never known it was refurbished if no one told me. I definitely recommend buying from Back Market because it is trusted and you also get the 1 year warranty in case something goes wrong.

My MacBook Pro is great! Transferring data from my old laptop to new was a breeze. It came almost fully charged and in perfect condition. The battery holds a great charge too. So far so good, and I'm very happy with it. The only issue I have was it was delivered to the neighbor's house next door in the rain and left on the doorstep. I was home at the time and I noticed a UPS truck on the street - then got an email notifying me of the delivery- so I ran over and got it - all worked out. I will certainly order from Back Market again and next time ask for a signature at delivery.

I bought this MacBook for my best friend for Christmas! It came in the original Apple box and looked brand new!! She loved it. Couldn’t tell it was refurbished. I will buy refurbished from Black Market over a brand new Apple device from here on out! And the shipping was incredibly fast. Got it the next day!

For starters, I ordered this macbook in “excellent” condition. The shipping was fast as it took 3 days to arrive. It met my expectations in appearance as it looks brand new, I only noticed a few scratches around the rim of the laptop but you would’ve to be searching for them to notice it but it is a refurbished item so its expected. So far it functions well, every button works, the battery health is 99% and setting up was quick. Im satisfied with my purchase but I haven’t had it for a full 24hrs yet and hopefully I come back with an update to say it still works because you never know but so far its good. The only thing I disliked was the packaging as it was in a bubble wrap put in a oversized box and to me thats not much protection for an fragile item as such but it still came functioning so im not too mad about it but it could of been a tragedy during delivery.

The seller forgot to write my apartment number on the address label and added it when the package was in transit. Hence the delicious got delayed by about 3 days. Coming to the laptop, I bought it in fair condition grade and on student discount. It is a Mid-2022, 13 inch Macbook Pro with M2 chip, 24 GB Unified Memory, and 512 GB storage. It has fingerprint login and touch bar. Battery cycles are only 35. There are dings and scratches but space grey color hides them well. The most prominent noticeable scratch is a somewhat deep semicircular one of the size of a pinky fingernail on the edge of the trackpad. Initially I thought it was a crack but thankfully it is not. Due to the solid build of the laptop the small dents and dings on the body are superficial and I expect that they will not be affecting the performance of the laptop. I got this macbook pro laptop for approx $947/- and considering the fact that it has the max configuration, I think that I got a great deal. The Back Market customer service was also very helpful and polite in allaying my anxiety over the delay in delivery. Overall I had a great experience with Back Market and I highly recommend it to everyone to buy refurb...
