MacBook Pro (2022) 13-inch - Apple M2 8-core and 10-core GPU - 24GB RAM - SSD 2000GB

My MacBook Pro is great! Transferring data from my old laptop to new was a breeze. It came almost fully charged and in perfect condition. The battery holds a great charge too. So far so good, and I'm very happy with it. The only issue I have was it was delivered to the neighbor's house next door in the rain and left on the doorstep. I was home at the time and I noticed a UPS truck on the street - then got an email notifying me of the delivery- so I ran over and got it - all worked out. I will certainly order from Back Market again and next time ask for a signature at delivery.

For starters, I ordered this macbook in “excellent” condition. The shipping was fast as it took 3 days to arrive. It met my expectations in appearance as it looks brand new, I only noticed a few scratches around the rim of the laptop but you would’ve to be searching for them to notice it but it is a refurbished item so its expected. So far it functions well, every button works, the battery health is 99% and setting up was quick. Im satisfied with my purchase but I haven’t had it for a full 24hrs yet and hopefully I come back with an update to say it still works because you never know but so far its good. The only thing I disliked was the packaging as it was in a bubble wrap put in a oversized box and to me thats not much protection for an fragile item as such but it still came functioning so im not too mad about it but it could of been a tragedy during delivery.

This is the second time that I've bought a computer from back market. You need to know what's best for your needs. I didn't do my research well enough the first time BUT! that is not on Back Market. I am super happy with my new purchase. And last time, I was too. I got a computer that didn't work and literally I had a replacement in 3 days. It was amazing. Everything went really smoothly this time. They answered quickly when I had questions about getting my trade in sorted out. And I know that my previous computer will find a new home and not wind up adding to the pollution of the planet! This is way better than buying anything new! And you seriously can't tell that it isn't! I intend to continue to buy tech here when I need it.

it’s working well so far! shipping was pretty quick and reliable. i had to get a new macbook pro because my other one had dead pixels and was jus a few years old. i would definitely recommend buying from back market! very easy to navigate website and everything! thanks

Great product. It arrived 2 days early in excellent condition. Can’t tell it’s refurbished at all. The shell and screen are dent and scratch free. The computer runs well too.

i’ve had the laptop for around a week now and no issues have arose. came in the exact condition they claimed. the only issue i really have is that they gave me a charger with scratches and it came with the apple power brick but not the apple cord. they provided me with a third party usb c cord, which i don’t mind i just prefer the APPLE products.
