I want to start off by saying that I love back market, even if I’m never 100% satisfied with the products I order. Fair means fair, and i can understand that. I’m more proud of the fact that I’m reducing waste and saving $1,500 on a laptop. The computer is what I ordered, and the outside condition is fair. However, I didn’t expect a few of the keys to fall off mid-type. It’s an easy fix, just a little unexpected, and who knows if it happened during shipping. Besides that, I’m more than satisfied. Buying new does put you through a little less trouble, but there’s so many benefits to buying refurbished.

Hello. I’m not satisfied with this product because it does match the description that you have provided for it. To begin with the processor is 2.5GHz and in the description that you have listed it was 3.5. Second the keyboard doesn’t have the Touch Bar, as was shown in the photos attached to the description of the product. That mean that the value of this max is lower than what I have expected. I will kindly ask for a partial refund of the price I paid for this device. Thank you

RUN !!! Don’t buy from this seller .. they put good macbooks with good configuration(touchbar,16 Ram…) with attractive prices but they will send another one without the configurations mentioned!!! A real nightmare …they ruined my Saint valentine’s gift and backmarket did nothing to help me ..
