I was a bit scared, but this MacBook is exactly what I wanted. It took about 4-5 days to come, it comes with a new working charger. The MacBook works perfect and I use it almost all day for school! This is my 2nd time ordering from BackMarket, and let me tell you, they DO NOT disappoint!! I bought this laptop for my daughter, who is literally the only apple user in the whole household. She loved it!!! Operates and works like NEW. Nothing was wrong with the laptop. The only issue was the charger block was not working at all. I ordered my computer on August 09 with an expected arrival date of August 14. The computer came exceptionally fast and I was very pleased by that. I hate having to sign for it however I do understand why this company makes that mandatory to receive such an item. I am actually typing my review on the computer and I am absolutely obsessed with this purchase! I ordered the computer in "excellent condition" and its in excellent condition. No marks or blemishes. . As to the packaging I had seen a lot of people saying that they weren’t pleased with the packaging. I wasn’t pleased with it neither.
