feels brand new besides a new scuffs but that’s expected from a refurbished product. the only thing i dislike about this product is how easily it over heats or how easily i think it overheats. just from playing roblox and having something running in the background such as safari or anything else it will get very hot and cause the game to not respond for about 12 seconds. although that’s not a big issue as that’s not the main purpose for as to why i bought this laptop. overall this laptop is amazing and i use it almost daily and i would definitely recommend this laptop as long as it’s what you’re looking for.

Wow this computer came seeming brand new. It seems like they simply just took it out the original box and sent it over I can’t imagine this actually be refurbished. Alll this for less than half the retail price!

I asked for a silver MacBook Pro. I received a silver computer with a dark grey cover on it(ugly), that I can't take off. I will live with it as I know the cover will protect my computer from scratches etc. I wish it was a different color. I honestly don't like the cover as it shows my finger prints on it which drives me nuts. I have tried different cleaners to clean the cover, they don't completely take my finger prints off. I didn't know I was getting a cover with my computer. I wish didn't have a computer cover. That's my only complaint. The computer itself is great.

Got this piece of machine after much thought and looking through the website. It has been a wonderful deal so far. We received this MacBook 2 weeks back. Had a very minor cosmetic scratch on the top of the lid but other than that it was in an excellent condition. I got this for my wife and she has been using it for some basic work (browsing, creating docs, ppts, etc) and it has been doing great. I was not too sure about this website earlier but once my friend recommended it to me I was willing it to give it a shot and I am glad I did it. I will keep an eye on the MacBook closely as time progresses to make sure it is keeping its promise. Update 09/07 - There is a slight issue I am facing when plugging the charger in the macbook. I could feel some live current passing when the laptop is on my lap. Is it is an issue with the charger?
