I’m enjoying the product, but there are minor issues. The mouse pad doesn’t function fully it won’t allow me to select things at times and the keyboard doesn’t register properly at times as well. It’s refurbished though so I can’t expect anything less. I just utilize a an external keyboard and mouse, which isn’t too bad. But yeah id rate the item 5/10!

I have been delighted with my purchase of a MacBook Pro 13.3 inch. The MacBook arrived on time and in good shape. It is everything that was promised and more. I was hesitant at first to buy refurbished but have found that my hesitation was unfounded.

Starting off with the most important thing. Communication. As with the first time, now the second time ordering from Back Market, I have always gotten a reply and or message regarding my order from start to finish. You let me know my order was received, it was processed and it is on its way. Once my order arrive, and I opened the box the computer was in very Fair condition as explained. There was no scratches, the key board clean with great lighting, all buttons intact and working properly, the screen was clean with no scratches and clear. Thank you Back Market for giving me a company to believe in when it comes to buying a refurbished computer. I will definitely be buying again.

I was in need of a laptop for my at home studio and it’s literally AMAZING! I haven’t had any issues with it so far. Battery life is at 98% & overall it is working pretty well , I do not regret getting my MacBook Pro from Justmac! If you’re thinking about it , I strongly encourage you to buy from Justmac. You won’t be disappointed

The laptop is in incredible condition with only a slight defect on the spacebar, but barely noticeable. Great price for a superb refurbished product!

So far, ive had no issues with it overall. It has a few scratches but what can expect because I chose fair. There will be some times where it won’t charge and just idle, but I think that’s just an Apple thing and I’m using it right now to play Roblox and the quality is better than I thought and I love the Touch Bar.
