Its fine, very good machine. I have always had windows computers, I figured I would try an apple. No complaints whatsoever, runs well great graphics. The only thing is me learning how to use it. It seems more intuitive than a windows machine, easier to find things and programs. My wife is used to Apple computers so If I have a question she explains it to me. Like how to cut and paste.

My MacBook Pro arrived in excellent condition (as advertised); I feel like I bought it brand-new! It even came with a case protector and keyboard protector, which weren't advertised. My shipment arrived a day early, too. I decided to try Back Market after my previous refurbished-products seller was out of stock, and I wasn't disappointed. I had a great experience and will buy from Back Market again.

Item was delivered quickly and in great condition. Two of the rubber feet were missing, but otherwise it looked practically new. Encountered some difficulty updating the operating system but was able to work through the issues. I've been using the new MacBook for about a week now (I was delayed in getting it set up) and so far so good!

I really like the two refurbished MacBook pro (2015). Looking to buy MacBook pro (2019) when the price becomes affordable.

I bought what was advertised as a 2015 MacBook Pro, but I was sent a 2014 MacBook Pro. I can't imagine that someone who professionally refurbishes computers could have made that mistake accidentally. Back market does not allow devices older than 10 years to be sold, so it is my opinion that the seller was hoping to sell a 2014 without me noticing. Of course I noticed. One year sounds like a small difference, but it is not. The 2014 cannot run Mac OS Monterey, which I needed it to run because this computer was a replacement for my longtime laptop that was damaged by someone. I needed it to be able to run all of the software I had before, So that I could actually get my data out of my TimeMachine backup. With the 2014, there was a bunch of software I couldn't even install. Also, it was supposed to arrive in "Excellent" condition, but it arrived with scratches and a nick/dent on one of the corners. I would accept the scratches but the dent on the corner concerned me, because it must have been hit against something pretty hard for that to have happened. The first time I ordered a MacBook pro I had the wrong model delivered to me, but the backMarket staff were helpful and I got a full refund a week later. Once the return was received, I reordered the same model laptop and a few days later got exactly what I ordered, but with far less wear than I would have expected for a "Fair" rating! Very happy with this laptop.
